Others options can limit it, Folder Painter has a hard limit of 14 icons (+1 eventually) per library, for example.

In other software you are usually forced to select one then go back to your folder explorer to add a new one in a library of icons.

You can add multiple folder adresses in the icons manager and click apply to apply your icons to these folders.

Some other options have only window or only context menu.
