Pro Windows app
Pro Android app
Pro iOS application
Pro Can be used from multiple location
Pro Windows Phone app

Pro Free and open source
Because it's open source, you can check if the code is doing something dodgy with your eBay username/password (it's probably not).
Con Remote server based - privacy/security issue
The bidding happens via a remote, privately-controlled server, to which you must give your ebay login and password. This is a privacy and security problem waiting to happen.
Con No longer works.
I used this for around two years and it had issues, but functioned. It NO longer functions so no longer of any use.
Con Development cycle is slow and irregular
The last update was in 2016, so changes to eBay could render it inoperative in future.
