Due to humans supervising all Alex's communications and being able to step in at any time, there's little worry that communication between Alex and the other party will go bad.

The digital assistant is personified as Alex. When an email suggesting a meeting is cc'd to him, he will interact with the other party using natural language and try to not only set up the meeting, but negotiate preferable time, type and location.

No app or plugin to download. All that's needed is to share calendar with alex@skedool.it and provide Alex with meeting preferences. Alex can now be cc'ed whenever a meeting needs to be scheduled. He will hash out the details of the meeting based on set preferences.

Since you interact with Alex over email, all you need is an email client to get started. It works with Gmail, Outlook, and all other email clients.

The Chrome plugin integrates with Gmail webapp and Google calendar. It shows a bar at the bottom of the email and allows setting meeting length, location and available times and embeds that information in the email. The recipient then chooses from available options and both parties receive an invite.

Times are presented for each party in their appropriate time zone.
