When comparing Dustforce vs Bleed, the Slant community recommends Bleed for most people. In the question“What are the best split-screen PC games?” Bleed is ranked 19th while Dustforce is ranked 26th. The most important reason people chose Bleed is:
Bleed puts you in control of Wryn, and her large arsenal of weapons along with her. You'll have to control her on a 2D plane, destroying the enemies you come across, while simultaneously avoiding their attacks, and environmental hazards like spikes and lava. The enemies, and their attacks, come quickly. The speed of the game really keeps you on your toes, and makes it even more fun.

Pros
Pro Keeps player coming back for more
In order to perfect a level there needs to be a lot of abuse beforehand, a lot of deaths. But once it all falls into place there is no better feeling of mastering a level.
Pro Concise tutorial
Dustforce has a very detailed tutorial that teaches the player all of the ins and outs of the gameplay.
Pro Fast-paced platforming action

Pro Great level design
The levels not only feel vivid and alive, but each level has a new set of enemies you'll have to learn how to fight, and a boss that will definitely put your skills to the test. The fact that each new level comes with a unique set of challenges and enemies really keeps the game fresh and fun.
Cons
Con Only local multiplayer
Sadly the multiplayer aspect of Dustforce is local only. For PC gaming to exclude online multiplayer (when there are multiplayer modes) is an odd choice as the platform lends itself better to online play more so than sharing a single monitor.
Con The game is really difficult
Bleed is not for the faint of heart. The game can be frustratingly difficult at times, even on normal difficulty.
