Cons
Con Poor customer service
Developers changed their business model to the subscription based completely unanounced. Consequently, customers who hadn't logged in for a while could no longer access their account and remove their data. HQ rarely answer emails from users who have issues.
Con Not stable
Sometimes it stops working as it should be.
Con Inadequate editing tools
No font selection, size or color. Can't paste an image to send. No table builder, etc.
Con No support forum
Support for paid product has no online forums.
Con Way too expensive
Currently the price is at 45€ (US $40). That's ridiculous for an E-Mail client. The design alone is pretty but neither does that or the functionality in any way justify the pricing.
