Flagged Pros + Cons
Pro Adds back all the configurability and user-interface control panel widgets that were obnoxiously removed by the main Gnome developers
Instead of looking for, and not finding it in the default Gnome Control Panels, and having to know about the Gnome Tweak Tool, and Dconf-editor in advance for things like how to activate Compose Key sequences, Cinnamon developers have added back what Gnome took away.
Con It's still Gnome-based
If you really really dislike Gnome, for whatever reason, you may still find it objectionable, in spite of having the configurability added back in that had been removed from Vanilla Gnome.
