What's the best architecture for large scale web app using node js ?

@MenaiAlaEddine could you clarify which aspects of architecture you're interested in? I think it's pretty hard to answer this question with the current scope. Even assuming this question means overall architecture (involving everything from the front-end to hosting infrastructure), it's still a broad stroke.
