Direct support only for enterprise
Support for non-enterprise users is only available through the forums and other public channels. Only enterprise customers get the benefit of one-to-one phone and email support.

Hey, thanks for contributing to Slant! Unfortunately I had to edit this pro a bit since it was in first person, which we are trying to avoid when it comes to pros or cons.
Symless provides priority support for business customers, but actually still provides support for non-business users.
