how to restore google chrome tabs after restart?

Normally, Google Chrome gives an option to restore tabs as the system was not shut down properly or anything else. But sometimes, there is no option to recover tabs. In this situation, you can use some chrome extensions to recover tabs.
Some extensions work properly some don't. I'm using https://bit.ly/33XOkWq to recover my tabs. it also helps me reopen other desktop apps.
