What are the best cross-platform development tools?

I'd love to say Tin is one of the best cross-platform development tools. Tin is a product of TeamCode that can generate executable applications instantly without manual environment configuration. I used it to set up Swagger-UI in a very short time. l mean, like two or three minutes. It supports various ways to deploy applications: Docker Image, Docker Compose, Dockerfile, and Source Code. It provides "Source to Service" capability, support multiple programming languages, and auto-build environment without cumbersome process to install dependencies. What I like most is its cloning function, sharing can be experienced by multiple people at a time. Tin has saved me a lot of time installing a development environment, but it doesn't currently support all open source projects. Expect it to support more projects in the future.
