What are the best stack window managers for Windows?

Product owners adding products as options and recommending them is in violation of our promotion policy, as is pretending to be a site mod and maliciously flagging competing products.

Terrible user experience on this site what an unfair and disgusting site. Like a website made by a bunch of scammers.
I think in the future they may delete user comments at will.
