There are now many lightweight markup languages optimized for easy plain text editing, but they are generally very difficult to machine-parse reliably, and so have inferior tooling support to HTML itself or general-purpose programming languages. So, that had me thinking, what if I built my HTML with a general-purpose language, with a best-in-class library that has helpful validations and auto-completions to keep me moving?
