On a fresh install, all collection services are enabled by default but there is also another issue on about 5 Microsoft accounts (You know that account that is needed to use most Windows 10 features, like sync etc.). After creating them, they work for 1-5 days. after that time they get locked and Microsoft wants your phone number to send you an SMS code. Also, it's going to be frustrating if you don't own a cell phone since there is no other way to unlock your account.
