Sorry, but I guess the problem is the ambiguity of the word "graph" - there are chart graphs (function graphs) like bar charts, and pie charts, and then there are graphs/diagram in the mathematical sense with nodes/vertices and edges/connections (flow charts, trees, etc.). While there are some (only few) tools that do cover both aspects, the vast majority of the "chart" tools don't cover graphs, whereas almost none of the diagramming/graphing tools offer charting capabilities.

So, no your question does not answer the same question as mine does and does not contain the answers I am looking for. The tools and answers to the questions are very different and most people who are looking for the type of answers you find in your question are not interested in the answers of my question and vice-versa. So they should stay separate.
