What are the best .NET ORM to use on windows?

I'm developing in .net, and using oracle or SQL server as the db.

There is no real requirement to have code run on any db server. Hence SQL abstraction features are not required.

For .net, I know of nhibernate/entity framework/dapper as possible solutions.

Hey, this question seems a little broad. Do you have any specific platform/programming lanuage/database in mind?
