I think you can do it in Adblock plus with these directions:
- Open filter preferences by either pressing Ctrl + Shift + F or pressing the ABP icon then selecting 'Filter preferences'.
- Switch to the 'Custom filters' tab and press 'Add filter group'. Name it whatever you like, e.g. "Blacklist"
- Press 'Add filter' in the top-right, then enter the text:
There may be some other adblockers that allow the same.

Interesting question, I am not sure if I know of any offhand that allow ads to then add to blacklist automatically, but I know certain adblockers allow this function, just not by default.
