What is the best JavaScript framework/library for animations and AJAX handling?

Hey there! To fit a bit better with the Slant format, I reworded the question. Does it sound ok?

I can't say I've ever come across a framework that handles only the two. However there are mini libraries for each, which might be an option?

What type of animations do you need the library for? (i.e. 3D animation, 2.5D animation, 2D animation, etc.). As @LauraNK said, I have not come across a library that handles both, but I can help you find something for them once I know what type of animation you need the library for. :)
