When you create your first "client" they are given a system user name but this name doesn't appear when using the command line. Instead they are called client1, then client2... etc. When you add a domain to any client then it gets its own user as well but the first web site gets web1, then web2... etc. This becomes incredibly confusing very quickly and creates lots of gotchas.

Even if you pay those 5 Eur for the doc, and after that you ask for help with install, there's no answer.

Not mature from data Migration perspective.
All of this hosting panel lacks on seamless migration.
The option to migrate web domain data from one host to another is missing.
