I would have marked that as a CON, however, now I like that it's difficult to break the basics. Poorly named users for clients and websites

When you create your first "client" they are given a system user name but this name doesn't appear when using the command line. Instead they are called client1, then client2... etc. When you add a domain to any client then it gets its own user as well but the first web site gets web1, then web2... etc. This becomes incredibly confusing very quickly and creates lots of gotchas.
