Pro Psychological thriller elements
While many anime tend to focus on epic battles, this one is almost entirely mental. Some of the biggest happenings are mostly relating to characters' thoughts and plans, yet it sill manages to draw in the viewers.
Cons
Con Second part not as good as the first
The show follows the rise and fall of the main characters. Generally, the first half of the show is considered the best part of it for this reason.
Con Plot armor
Plot armors are fine but this whole series is just a plot armor for the main character Light Yagami.
