Pro Affordable, multi-purpose stroller
The Schwinn Turismo is very affordable. It may not have all the features you can find on a more expensive stroller but is a good option for parents who go out on a regular basis (to run errands or visit relatives, for example) and only occasionally jog. It doubles as a regular stroller and a jogging stroller, avoiding the need to have a second one. To this effect, parents can easily switch between locked wheel (when jogging) and swivel wheel (when maneuvering on normal activities).

Most jogging strollers are heavy but the Schwinn only weighs 24.5 lbs and the jogging parent will find it effortless to push this stroller while running.

Con You have to press on 2 individual brakes instead of just 1
This stroller has 1 brake for each wheel and you have to press them both to fully stop the stroller. This is a hassle for jogging parents. A single step-brake that controls both wheels is better. Or hand brakes, since you can also control/stop the stroller using your hands.
Con The safety bracket that locks the frame has to be locked manually
Unlike most strollers that auto-locks when folded, you have to bend down and push it flat and manually clasp the lock that holds the stroller together.
Con A horizontal bar limits the basket's opening
An aluminum bar that supports the back frame of the stroller blocks the basket. It is a big basket with a wide opening but your things will get snagged on the bar when you place them in or take them out.
