Runalyze analyzes your complete training, calculates your shape, computes prognoses and visualizes your training in plots - more detailed than any other sports diary. Runalyze is completely configurable. You can decide by yourself which information of your training you want to record and which statistics are being displayed on which place. You can either use the online version of Runalyze or install the software on your own server. Runalyze is an open-source software.
RUNALYZE can import several activity file formats and supports values like "running dymnamics", HRV and more. With Runalyze you get a long-term form analysis and you always know what your current form looks like.
