Pros
Pro A great workout station for an affordable price
The Stamina 1690 Power Tower is very versatile, doesn't take up much space, is comfortable to use and gentle on your floor.
Pro Great for a home gym
There are no-slip caps on the base of this tower, that provides more stability for your workouts and also protection for your floor. The freestanding design means you won't have to drill any holes in your walls or mount it to the interior of your home in any way. The dimensions are 50 x 81.5 x 41.5 inches (W x H x D), and it will fit easily in a reasonably small room.
Pro Versatile
The Power Tower is great for bodyweight exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, dips, sit-ups, and their variations. It can support up to 250 lbs, and there's enough space for you to use dip belts, sandbags or weight plates to enhance the difficulty if you weigh considerably less than 250 lbs.
Pro Comfortable to use
There are soft grips on all handles that you'd expect to be holding on to, which improves your grip and protects your palms. The addition of soft ankle pads for doing sit-ups is a nice feature, especially for people who bruise easily on their legs. The Power Tower is 7ft tall, so unless you're much taller than 6ft, there won't be any trouble using it for pull-ups.
Cons
Con Can move slightly when in use, but this can be remedied
Seems that the no-slip caps are not enough to keep it completely steady when in use, but you can prevent this by putting on some weight plates or dumbbells on the base of the tower.
