Pro Good value
IQTell costs $49.99. ***Not True. From IQtell website, if you pay annually and do not want to sync mail, calendar or contact with your iOS device then $30/yr $2.95/mo as a browser only app. If you want to sync between your devices (I'm guessing just about everyone) then $7.95/mo or $70/yr. I don't think that's particularly good value as a recurring cost.
Cons
Con Subscription by Stealth - Expensive
The free account is for 60 days only. After that it's subscription, BUT the base $2.95/month does not sync email, calendar or contacts (see table on their website - their FAQ says any paid subscrition syncs email/calendar/contacts - NOT true). For that you need the $7.95/month, but you are limited to 3 accounts. If you want 5 accounts you have to go premium at $15.95/month.
I dislike subscription based software, you pay forever (if the price was $2.95/month for email/calendar/contacts sync, I would consider it, ie. if their $7.95/mo offering was $2.95/mo - I know developers have to eat), but I particularly dislike subscription by stealth. When you get the 'free' account and set it all up, nowhere does it discuss expiration of that account. These were iOS/Browser subscriptions. I assume that if you are serious WRT ToDo lists etc and integration you would want syncing with your mobile device (essential for me). IF you do not want to sync mail, calendar or contacts,
And don't get me wrong, I like IQTell, I simply think they have the wrong price-point.
