I am obsessed with DokuWiki. It's such a versatile wiki software: With the right combination of plugins and some tinkering here and there, you can make DokuWiki do just about anything. The development community is very supportive. The look and feel of the wiki can be customized to fit any needs without needing to read a trillion pages worth of documentation.

Inglish Google Tradutor: Excellent OpenSource Wiki system, very lightweight, fast performance, easy to set up new pages, easy to create internal and external links, good keyboard shortcuts, easy configuration of namespaces (directories), good amount of well-designed plugins with interesting and superior features, stable, easy to install, simple to use. I am using a few days, I am doing excellent, better system for documentation, annotation, create articles, finally a Wiki system very well done in PHP. The plugins are in some parts, easy access, easy customization and easy setup of the Wiki, not to mention the ACL. simple txt file, the use of an external application or the native editor is simple and easy to use. I recommend the h1, h2, h3 ... Create a keyboard shortcut, much more intuitive and fast, since in the marking of h1, h2 ... does not have an easy marking to type, however with shortcuts this is easily circumvented, and even though my focus is time based and still more often resolves editor shortcuts. I will use it for all internal documentation of the (private) team, product documentation, tutorials, articles, blog, my note (private), in summary for everything related to annotation, will replace Dropbox Paper, Google Drive, Blog and Documentation system of the company, for what little I'm using I'm loving it and I've quickly created some pages and documentation, if it were to evaluate by note would be note 10 basically, congratulations to the creators and who helps this great project, thank you.

UpbeatSzelatya's Experience
Slab is the simplest solution that I've found among SaaS wikis. It doesn't try to do everything and leaves other things to other products (e.g. spreadsheets in Google Sheets or Airtable) which it integrates with (pasting a link to a spreadsheet embeds it in a wiki page). The UI is clean and fast.

Can feel bloated
Since there's so much stuff in Tiki already built-in, it can be overwhelming if all you need is a simple wiki.

Upgrades are smooth
Because all features of Tiki are supported by core developers, compared to a model where the wiki relies on third-party extensions that may or may not get upgraded along with the core codebase, the upgrades are a lot easier.
