With double click: 1) I start a session with an user without privileges and using expect I change to root. 2) I start a session in an access server, and again using expect, start session in another server or a switch. I save time, avoid write commands and passwords. And recently configured KeePassXC integration and my world is a new one. I change passwords in KeePassXC and Asbru only use them without change nothing in its setting. Really you will enjoy it. See More
We use ACM since a long time, mostly for VPN sessions to remote systems with ssh or rdp, we use ssh tunnel for example with wireguard and so on .... oure setup suits more and better to asbru than to remmina. Asbru also is more stable and the terminal has more options for production use. Our asbru files are saved in a nextcloud share, so every worker has exactly the same connection pool, that's very great and important to us See More
All terminals have a command history of some sort, but this is the only one I've seen with a panel on the side that lists it right before your eyes, and allows you to click on any command you see there and have it instantly filled in on the current prompt line for revision or re-execution. See More
PAC Manager draws its underlying terminal functions from the Perl libraries written to interface with GNOME Terminal, circa...2006. The libraries have been untouched for at least five or six years, and just recently have begun to be removed from major distribution repositories like Debian and Ubuntu. It's a chore to get them installed and will only continue to get harder. See More
