Cons
Con Type cover not included in the box
The Surface line's iconic type cover isn't included with the tablet itself, so if you want one you can expect an upwards of $129.99 investment outside the tablet itself.
Con Battery life could be better
The Surface Pro 3 was tested to last around 9 hours of normal web browsing. The test itself was conducted with a full battery discharge while browsing over WIFI on 25 popular web pages. All settings were left default aside from WIFI being associated with a network, Bluetooth disabled, and auto-brightness disabled.
While 9 hours isn't terrible, it leaves a bit to be desired.
