Con Can be too expensive
The price starts at about $120 for an Intel Celeron based kit plus HDD/SSD and RAM.
Con HDMI looses sound
In some Windows applications / games the HDMI ports loose sound if you change the resolution. Itel support said that the issue is known but there is no fix available.
Con Changing the IGP memory or AGP aperture size will kill it
I had this now on two pentium nucs both had to be sent to intel and were replaced.
Con No GPIO
Not a huge deal unless you have a specific design intent that requires not using an intermediary bus. However you can still connect an arduino or an IO-adapter to get a working solution.
