Starting out there is only one button to pick from, to stoke ones fire, but slowly the game progresses and allows for more actions such a gathering wood and then building things with that wood. The deeper the player goes into the game the more there will be to do, wich keeps the player intrigued as to what will be available next. See More

As a player starts there is only two actions, eat candy or throw it on the ground, but as the game progresses, more things will show up on the board that allow for more interaction. So the more time one spends with the game, the more they will get out of it in gameplay and features. See More
Incremental or as some know them "idle" games are not always received well by those looking for something with a bit more skill needed, basically the game will play itself at some point and from that point forward which can be pretty boring. So for those that are not interacting with the game that often (no clicking, no checking in often) it can be less of an interactive title than what some are looking for. See More
Some of them are very secretive, like finding the forgotten madeleine and clicking on a tiny cookie in the stats section. There are a lot of easter eggs referencing movies and tv shows that you have probably seen; i.e. "When this baby hits 36 quadrillion cookies per hour", a reference to Back To The Future. There's probably an achievement for every goal you achieve, everything you can click, move and stare at. This game is amazingly humorous. You should check it out too! See More
The browser does not need to be opened for your bakery to keep earning cookies and sugar lumps, a recent form of currency added to the game. The cookie earnings will be reduced, but using the heavenly chip system, a currency earned when ascending the bakery, can be used to increase how many cookies are earned and how long the increased boost lasts for. Each upgrade costs more and more cookies to purchase and each hidden upgrade is not made available until you reach the amount of cookies it costs, so no matter if you need 100 cookies to purchase a new Grandma or a trillion to purchase some other tool you will always be left feeling like you just need to reach that next milestone. There are a few basic categories of resources - meat, larvae, and territory. All of the units you build and upgrade add to this base resource, which makes it easy to follow. For example, drones harvest you more meat. Queens produce drones on their own, which will in turn supply you with more meat. Once you have 1000 queens and a decent chunk of meat, you can use them to upgrade to a hive which will produce 3 queens each second, which in turn makes more drones, which each gather meat. Any upgraded units trickle down the line, and produce just the basic resource. See More
Something unique to this title is that there are boss battles every 5 stages. This requires that the player is leveled up enough to defeat them thanks to the timer in the boss battle. If the player is not at a good level, they will not be able to beat the boss in the time limit, which means there is a bit of attention that has to be payed to the game in order to make sure ones level is appropriate to advance. Basically more attention has to be payed to leveling in this game than other clickers which makes for more immersion in the game. See More
