No app or plugin to download. All that's needed is to share calendar with firstname.lastname@example.org and provide Alex with meeting preferences. Alex can now be cc'ed whenever a meeting needs to be scheduled. He will hash out the details of the meeting based on set preferences. See More
The Chrome plugin integrates with Gmail webapp and Google calendar. It shows a bar at the bottom of the email and allows setting meeting length, location and available times and embeds that information in the email. The recipient then chooses from available options and both parties receive an invite. See More
Scheduling is done by handing out a form via URL. The form contains available dates and times (taken from a connected Google calendar) that the other party can choose from. Once the form is filled out, the meeting is added to the calendar. See More
