SpecsUpdate
Pros
Pro Very many options to configure
The first impression might be a little bit ugly, but by changing some options it can be turned into quite good looking.
Pro Source Code written in (Object) PASCAL
It's all a matter of perspective. I'm not for an argument about IDE's, frameworks etc, but to me that's a big plus. I think it should be a tie, it's either a pro or a con or should that be neither a pro nor a con. It just depends on context.

Flagged Pros + Cons
Pro It's a OpenSource Total Commander wich work in all OS
What else you need? Also support mosw TC plugins on Windows
Pro Source code is available (true free software)
If the developer loses interest there is at least the possibility that someone else will pick up the torch.
Out of Date Pros + Cons
Con Name coloring depending on patterns only applies for files, not for directories
E.g. to make directories starting with a period show up in gray.
Con Full view: can't show extension directly at the end of the file name
It only is supported in the Brief view.
Con Cannot move files between panes
When you drag and drop a file from one pane to another, it copies the file instead of moving it.
