There is a drag and drop feature that allows you to create your own workouts. Because of the ability to see how each exercise will act on specific muscles, this is a great app for creating corrective workout plans.
With this app, you learn more about the muscular system by exploring the different muscles and which exercises act on those muscles. It's not specifically set up as a learning resource for anatomy (there are no flashcards, quizzes etc.).
By default there are two models, one on the left that emphasizes only contracting (blue) or stretching (red) muscles, all other muscles are transparent. You only know you got the right one if you click on the correct dot and it turns green with a star. If you advance before finding it, it does not show which one was the correct one. You have to find it yourself every time.
