What IOBit does is run the uninstaller for every application that you have chosen to uninstall. Unfortunately since most of the time uninstallers require user intervention this doesn't really save you any time since you still will need to be clicking "Next" buttons.

Not so specialized in uninstalling for its price. Most tools are not so uninstall related and rather random.
Con No official portable version
However, an unofficial portable version exists over at portableapps.com. It requires admin privileges on the computer that you use it on.
