Far Cry 4 is an open-world first person shooter adventure game created by Ubisoft.
The gameplay consists of mainly first person shooter action, where the player is tasked with going to different areas of an open-world map in order to shoot particular people to complete a task. Players can slowly upgrade their equipment/weapons through what they earn in completing certain tasks. This is repeated until the player finally finishes the game.

Pro Player creativity is emphasized
You could lure an animal towards enemies in order to kill them, or attach explosives to a car, drive it off a cliff, and watch it explode inside an enemy base. Because the game is so open-ended, players have the ability to approach the world in any way they see fit.
Pro A great villain
Pagan Min, the game's primary antagonist, sees the player as his own child, and toys with the player. He is not a cliche supervillain; he has a degree of paternal affection for the player.
Pro Adventure aspects add to what would be a stale FPS
Players can scale cliffs, hunt animals, and use the environment as a weapon against enemies, which adds to the basics of first person shooting, making for a fun adventure game on top of a slick FPS. Nothing is quite as fun as riding on an elephant, crashing into an enemy base.
Cons
Con Environment feels too familiar
Far Cry 1, 2, and 3 were all radically different games; Far Cry 4 plays much like Far Cry 3, using a lot of mechanics like the wingsuit and climbing radio towers to unlock new parts of the map; some players may find this off-putting.
