The playable area in Vendetta Online's universe is huge. It is said that in some regions of the online galaxy you could fly for weeks in the same direction, before you ever reached the end of that sector. In a space game you want to have a very large game area, it is space after all, that is infinitely explorable and gives the player unlimited ways to play the game. See More
I've been a part of the Vendetta Online community for 2 years now, and have enjoyed every moment of it. while the mobile interface is weak, you can change it up with plugins or near-universal controller support (if your device can recognise it, chances are VO will to). The existing community does have its quirks, too, and are defendent of their play styles, but it keeps the game interesting, and provides a great variety of pilots you can meet. See More
With game clients developed for Android, iOS, Linux, Mac and Windows, you can be sure that you can play Vendetta Online on any of your devices. You could use your desktop computer when you are interested in big battles that require lots of screen space and computer power or use your tablet to mine ore and craft items when you are away from your desktop. The game runs great on mobile devices and is always being updated with new content. See More
Cross platform support allows the player to pick up where they left off on any OS they may have the game installed on
Vendetta Online has twitch based controls, that allow you, the captain of your ship, to be in total control of the way you fight in battles. By not relying on dice rolls or other behind the scenes decisions, VO lets the player's skill in combat determine the outcome, the more you practice the better you get. See More
Android and iOS players are all playing together with desktop PC players, which means during dog fighting sequences, the PC players have much finer grained controls over their mobile player opponents. This makes for unfair matching that can lead to mobile players loosing out more often than not if they are facing a PC player. This is also exacerbated by the fact that no one is able to know what platform an opponent may be playing on. See More
Vendetta Online gives new players a free demo mode to try out the game before purchasing the full version. You are provided with eight hours to get comfortable with your new space ship and the game. After a nice tutorial section, you can choose to play in the single player sandbox or join the galaxy with all of the other VO players. See More
There's a lot to upgrade, such as weapons, traps, your base, and much more. These unlocks are gated behind other progression trees that use an entirely different form of experience currency, mixing everything together in a hodgepodge of systems and menus that don't mesh well together. After a certain point, gaining rewards after unlocking upgrades results in fewer returns for the amount of time it takes to reach the next progression goal. Lootbox availability becomes scarce after a while, slowing progress to a crawl. See More
The hordes of enemies can be challenging to mow down in order to reach objectives around the map while defending your base, and that's where the different combat styles come in to make things easier. Mastering the different classes will give you an edge, like the constructors can quickly build a shield to defend your base from a sudden horde of enemies, and the ninja's boosted mobility and deadly melee attacks. While all the building and demolition options the controls might look complicated at first sight, you'll soon notice that the building itself is quite basic since there are only four major blocks you can use. Using these four major blocks in different combinations opens up many possibilities for all sorts of forts to build. Players can choose to keep things quick and easy with simple bridges in the air to traverse from point to point, or they can go much more in-depth to build impressive fortresses to defend from enemy attacks. You can keep expanding on what you build, growing it over time with stronger walls or scattering traps to cover your blind spots. See More
The battle royale mode of the game is available for free, capitalizing on the latest surge of the genre's popularity. In Fortnite's battle royale mode, players have unlimited freedom to build their own bases and explore while defending themselves from other players or actively hunting them down. See More
Fortnite doesn't put much pressure on your hardware, meaning that even those of you with older gaming rigs will be able to run the game at a stable 60 FPS. The recommended requirements include the Nvidia GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7870 equivalent DX11 GPU, meaning you don't need the latest tech to play. See More
Instead of simply tweaking the game to work on mobile, in AdventureQuest 3D you can actually play with others on different operating systems - you can be on your phone, and your friend on a desktop computer while you both raid together. See More
The first character you meet in the open beta is Zorbak who sortof looks like an evil mouse. Some of the first dialogue you see goes like this: [Zorbak] POP Quiz! What's worse than a zombie eating your entire family? [You] WHAT!? Nothing is worse than that... [Zorbak] Oh yes there is! Tutorials! I Freaking hate tutorials!!! You know...the kind that force you to click the things for like the entire first hour of game play. Spits. But - good news! I found the guy responsible for making THOSE kind of tutorials...meh heh... [You] You did? [Zorbak] Yup. Found him, and pushed him right into that undead army's path. [You] what!? [Zorbak] I know. I know. No need for thanks. See More

The UFC actually outdid themselves in this regard - they've approached nearly everyone that's ever gone through their system to get their permission to add their likeness to the game. You also have random fighters that have never been in the UFC, such as Bruce Lee, Mike Tyson, and Bas Rutten. The thinking here was pretty clearly "why not?" and it worked out fabulously. See More
