Con Channels are too primitive and too slow
Channels seem like the standout feature of Go, and they are the language's way of solving one problem that is particularly difficult in most other languages: synchronizing on multiple events at the same time. That is a good problem to solve, but channels do it at great cost. They are slow, hard to debug and easy to abuse.
