A great kettlebell for both beginners and experienced athletes
The Metrixx Elite is a superb option for both beginners and experienced athletes. It has a very comfortable handle, it's designed to rest on the same place on your wrist no matter the weight, and the customer service is outstanding.

Expensive
The Matrixx Elite is on the of high-end of the kettlebell market and can be too expensive for many people. However, Matrixx have sales and special offers often, so you can wait and buy one when the price is lowered. It's worth investing in these, because they will last a lifetime.

Exceptionally comfortable
The handle is seamless, slightly wider and much smoother than on other kettlebells. This makes a big difference for two-handed grips (what beginners start with), where you would usually get your pinky squashed. The e-coat finish and single-mold casting combined give the smoothest surface, which feels extra comfortable for single-handed exercises (those are usually the hardest on your palms because of traction, used in more advanced exercises).

Fit for two-handed routines
The CAP Competition Bell has the same dimensions as the industry standard Dragon Door RKC model. The handle has a rougher finish than high-end kettlebells, but it'll do well for the basic two-handed routines you'd start out with.

Will hurt your hands in single-handed exercises
There is a lot of traction between your palms and the handle of any kettlebell when you're doing one-handed exercises like the one-hand high pull. The slightly rougher finish on the CAP is heavily felt after just few reps, and it will tear callouses open.

A good budget option for beginners
The CAP is a perfectly adequate option for basic routines that beginners use. The finish is smooth enough for two-handed exercises It's a good option if budget is your bottom line and you're not planning on doing one-handed work with this kettlebell.
