A User's Experience: Wow! This exercise bike is exactly what I was looking for! Very sturdy, easy to assemble, and it actually does have resistance. I was skeptical because I read some other reviews where people said they couldn't feel the resistance and all I can conclude is that they didn't attach the resistance wire properly. I do squats and lift weights and work out my legs, I'm a pretty beefy guy lol and you can definitely feel 8 resistance. I had to start my workout at 4 so you do feel the burn at higher levels. 8 resistance will give you a killer workout and you definitely will break a sweat, I did at 4. Oh, and this thing is ULTRA SILENT. I'll be able to do my cardio when I wake up without waking up my girlfriend. See More
