The Logitech BRIO webcam can stream 4K quality video(4096 x 2160) at 30fps (frames per second), full high definition video (1920 x 1080) at 30fps or 60fps, and 720p video(1280 x 720) at 30fps, 60fps or 90fps. This lets you choose between streaming 4K video where possible, or higher fps video where 4K is not supported.

Cons
Con Expensive webcam with very little practical use
Most software does not allow 4K streaming, making this webcam useless. Even if the software does support 4K streaming, then most people viewing your webcam picture do not own a 4K resolution screen and will not benefit from that resolution.
Con Cannot record 4K
The webcam allows streaming in 4K (4096 x 2160), but records only in full high definition (1920 x 1080) or lower.
