It's very hard to completely extend the short handle. You have to twist it with a lot of effort and pull, but there's a chance of breaking the handle when doing this. The product doesn't have instructions included about this. So if you don't know how to do it, you'll get stuck with a short handle that's awkward to use. See More

I have used quite a number of mops in my years of cleaning my house. Even if this mop is priced more than the others, I believe it's worth every cent I paid for it. I have a really bad back so not having to bend when cleaning the mop or at when cleaning at certain angles is such a blessing! Also, I hated touching the mop head with my hands or getting my feet wet when trying to squeeze the water out or cleaning it. So the feature of it being self-wringing is really great and something that I really liked when I was thinking of buying this. You just have to remember to keep the handle in a straight or horizontal angle before putting it in the bucket to wring it. That will prevent any damages and will make your mop last for a long time.
