The X-tools tool kit is one of the more decent cheap tool kits. The quality of the tools leaves a lot to be desired, so they're only suitable for very light occasional tune ups. This kit has almost all necessities covered, with the exception of cable cutters.

Pros
Pro Most of the necessities at a very affordable price
The X-Tools kit is the most comprehensive kits for it's price, suitable for very light maintenance. It includes such essential tools as tire levers, a chain breaker, spoke and hex wrenches. The inclusion of a puncture repair kit adds a nice touch, and the tire levers in this kit are larger than in most other kits for extra stubborn rubber.
Cons
Con Low quality tools
For anything other than very light touch ups, the quality of these tools leave much to be desired. The metal is very soft, and smaller components snap off easily, usually, just in the middle of doing something important. The Allen keys are not very durable, and might damage the bolts you're working on.
