On each side of the soundbar there are removable speakers that, once detached, can act as rear wireless surround speakers, allowing you to enjoy real surround sound. The speakers can work wirelessly for 8 hours and they take about 2-3 hours to fully recharge. It’s possible to upgrade this soundbar to a full surround system, using its smart Wi-Fi features. All that's needed is a Samsung speaker (such as one from the Radiant series) that supports the Samsung Multiroom app, so it can be used as a surround speaker.
