Cons
Con Uses RPM packages to distribute software.
For many, the use of APT to install RPM packages is outmoded. DEB is the favored format due to the popularity of Ubuntu. Third party software usually comes in DEB format, and PCLOS users are forced to use Alien conversion tool to install the software; most notably Steam.

Very user friendly KDE UI. Have had very little problems with hardware compatibility. Rolling release model means you just have to update regularly to have the latest version; no reinstalling the OS every few months, or years. UI is easy to configure through the KDE config tool, and you have lots of options...
