Evie launcher is pretty light and straightforward enough. Really snappy animations without too much eyecandy, it really drives home with how much it improves your efficiency in using your phone.

It finds the settings on your phone without having to fiddle through and search and scroll from the settings app, it also finds your local apps almost instantly as you type it with a swipe gesture. It also does the aggregated search through all your apps. So instead of having to open your imdb apps to find your movie, you can just use Evie to search from your homescreen.
