The Uppababy Cruz is a 'travel-system' and it can be used with several other Uppababy products like the Mesa car seat and the bassinet. They can easily be attached and released with the help of the buttons at either side of the frame which snaps lock without the need for adapters or connectors. So instead of removing your baby from his bassinet and transferring him to the stroller seat, all you have to do is attach his bassinet/car seat to the stroller frame and you are good to go.

Because of the Uppababy's large wheels, measuring 11" in diameter, rides are smoother compared to its competitors. You can stroll outdoors without having to worry about your baby being bumped around on his/her seat because of the shock-absorbing front and rear tires.

You can buy an additional 15x5-inch standing board which you can attach to the back of the stroller when your older child wants to ride along.

The Uppababy Cruz's seat is elevated higher compared to the seats of its competitors. Your baby will be closer to you as a result.

The fold and unfold process of the Uppababy Cruz is pretty easy. To fold, just pull the gray triggers at the sides and pull the stroller towards the back until the frame folds. To unfold, remove the gray lock keeping the stroller together and pull it upwards using the handlebar, in one motion.

Since the seat can be easily removed by pressing the buttons at the sides of the frame, it can be placed either facing the front or facing towards you.

It's easy to adjust the seat to one of its five reclining levels using the lever at the back of the seat.

Its canopy or overhead cover has SPF 50+ to shield the baby from the sun. It has an extendable sunshade that you can pull out from the top of the canopy to increase its coverage.

The Uppababy has a large basket under the seat where you can store your diaper bag and other necessities while traveling. It also has a wide opening so it is easier to put and reach for things. It has a weight capacity of 25 lbs and some parents even use it as a shopping basket, eliminating the need for another cart to push.

At the back of the canopy there's a mesh window you can open and close with a zipper. This aids good air circulation and helps keep children comfortable even when the canopy is pulled down on warm and sunny weather.

This isn't only a double stroller: with the proper configuration and set-up (2 seats + 1 standing board attached at the back, by the handlebars), it can carry 3 children at the same time.

Although it's just 1.5 lbs lighter and 1 inch narrower than the first version of the Vista, it's much easier to push even with the combined weight of your children, the double stroller, and the extra things you may put in the storage basket.

It is easier to maneuver a stroller when the weight is at the back because it is closer to where your hands push the handlebars.

You can easily attach your other Uppababy products (bassinets and car seats) with this stroller frame without the need for adapters or connectors. However, you would need them if you plan to use Chicco and Maxi-Cosi style infant car seats.
