Cons
Con Gets boring after a while
Even though this game greatly encourages RP between players due to the different jobs it has, the community isn't good. Most of the players focus on doing the job they're supposed to be doing, but interaction between each player is null. And the only interaction there is isn't "serious" at all (it's the same jokes over and over all again).
Con No Couch Co-Op
Sharing information with other players outside of the game is considered 'meta-gaming' by most servers. A lot of the antagonist roles hinge directly on the principle that if they kill you correctly, you can't come back to tell the tale. As a result, this is not a game you can play with friends while hanging out in a voice chat.
Con Not as graphically advanced as commercial competition
Con Getting stuck upside down
After a crash a pilot may be stuck in an upside down position with no way to recover.
