MyLifeOrganized (MLO) is the most flexible and powerful task management app for getting your things finally done.
With the unlimited hierarchy you can break a big task into small actions while preserving the big picture. Designed to strike a balance between the simple and the complex, MyLifeOrganized (MLO) comes with optional contexts, tags, stars, flags, reminders, dates, priorities, completely customizable filters and views that make MLO really flexible to adapt to your own system for managing your tasks.
Once loaded with your information, MLO goes to work and generates a simple list containing only the next actions that require your immediate attention. This list is updated auto-magically once you complete a task, or simply when it’s dinner time.
What else makes MLO so powerful? Behind MLO products there is a long history (since 2004), a team of responsive developers and a strong community of users who are truly serious about their time and tools they use. It is their honest feedback that makes MLO apps packed with carefully thought out, powerful, yet easy-to-use features.
SpecsUpdate
Pros
Pro Calendar view and google calendar sync
This feature help user to visualize their daily workload in a graph form (mobile version) , so it assist to plan future tasks and events in a sense of work/life balance. Just simply connect to google calendar, you could view your events and tasks, and plan effectively.
Pro Input parsing
MLO can parse or interpret the text you enter in Inbox on mobile and in some text input fields on Windows. For example you can enter "in 30 min" or "next Friday at 2pm" in date and time pickers. In Rapid Task Entry dialog you can even type: "Call Bob about the party tomorrow at 3pm remind 10 min in advance". The parameters of the task will be converted from the text automatically.
Pro PocketMod report
MLO (Window) can print PocketMod, which is a A4 paper that you can fold into a small booklet. Each page of this booklet can contain different information you select from the MLO app. It's very helpful especially on the occasion that you need to rely on paper only, such as camping, retreat, outdoor gaming activity, etc.
Cons
Con Expensive one-off cost, slow in releasing free updates
MLO does have quite a high price. However, this is a one-off price (per major version), so is much cheaper than web-based, subscription apps. The cloud synch feature, if you choose to have it, is low cost, so overall costs are low over the lifetime of the product.
Although the app is very solid and reliable (even for beta testers like me), updates And requested features can be long in development.
