Net Promoter is very simple system for customer loyalty measurement. It allows measuring customer happiness trends and comparing them to competitors.
The biggest benefit of Net Promoter is its simplicity for both responders and companies. It consists of one question on a scale of 0 to 10 (likelihood to recommend) and one open-end question.
Because of the simplicity it allows getting very good response rates and good quality feedback.
