The BetterPosture chair uses a standard 5-point caster wheel base, which is considerably wider than the seat and interferes with the feet when attempting to roll the chair while sitting.

Because the saddle position exploits anatomy for natural support, it demands a certain amount of muscle tone. This develops naturally over a week or so, but can cause some discomfort in the meantime.
