Con Limited desktop styles in Free Version
All free editions only offer Windows XP, 2000, and 7 and Gnome 2. You have to pay $9-10 in order to get Unity (Ubuntu) and Mac OS X themes.
Con Vulnerable to Windows' viruses by default
Zorin OS comes with wine pre-installed. As a result it can and will be vulnerable to some Windows' viruses.

With very modest technical experience, managed to uninstall windows 7 and install Zorin core. Makes a 7 year old i5 dual core 4MB RAM dell that was verging on unusable under windows into a nice nippy usable machine. Looks like ill get another few years out of it.
